The rapid growth of social media platforms has revolutionized communication, creating unparalleled opportunities for public health promotion. As trusted healthcare professionals, medical nurses are uniquely positioned to serve as digital influencers, leveraging their expertise to educate, engage, and empower online communities. This article explores the emerging role of nurses in health promotion through social media, emphasizing their potential to combat misinformation, bridge health disparities, and foster public trust. Nurses’ ability to translate complex medical information into relatable and actionable content positions them as key players in addressing contemporary health challenges, including vaccine hesitancy, mental health awareness, and chronic disease prevention.
