Abstract
Cardiovascular radiology plays a critical role in diagnosing and managing diseases affecting the heart and blood vessels. With the advancement of imaging technologies such as X-ray, computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and ultrasound, cardiovascular radiology has revolutionized the way clinicians assess and treat cardiovascular conditions. This review discusses the key imaging modalities used in cardiovascular radiology, highlighting their principles, advantages, limitations, and clinical applications. Emphasis is placed on the latest developments in non-invasive imaging techniques and their impact on patient outcomes, as well as their role in the diagnosis and management of cardiovascular diseases.
