Role conflicts, arising from overlapping responsibilities and unclear boundaries, can undermine team efficiency, patient care quality, and workplace morale. This article explores the nature of role conflicts within dental teams, their impact on practice dynamics, and strategies to address and prevent them. Through clear communication, defined roles, ongoing training, and fostering mutual respect, dental teams can build a cohesive work environment that benefits both team members and patients.
