Abdominal pain is a common clinical symptom with a broad di3erential diagnosis, ranging from benign conditions to life-threatening emergencies. Radiological computed tomography (CT) has revolutionized diagnostic approaches in modern medicine, providing unparalleled precision in visualizing internal structures. This appraisal explores the role of CT in evaluating abdominal pain, addressing its diagnostic relevance, clinical implications, methodology, associated risks, and benefits.
