Abstract

SDT- Self Determination Theory is also known as  Human Motivation Theory it provides the theoretical Frame-Work. self determination theory  plays vital role in the organization to improve employees motivation and to encourage good or positive output in the organization  such as well-Being of the employees, Betterment in Relations of employees, Job Satisfaction, Punctuality, Efficiency,Responsibility and Employee Performance in the Organization and Commitment towards the work. The self determination theory focuses on the important of three basic psychology needs those are Autonomy, Competence and Relatedness it shows that when these  needs are fulfilled people are more likely to be motivated. Autonomy is all about self initiatives, competence is about skill, ability and knowledge that employee perform into their job effectively and relatedness its all about building strong relationship in work place this theory is more over focuses on intrinsic and extrinsic motivation of employee. Some employees may motivates them self through Intrinsically when they have interested do some certain things, and some will do extrinsically when employees get work load. This article Paper is aim to investigate how (SDT) Self Determination Theory exploring the challenges and impact of the employees in the organization.
