Abstract

Marketing is one segment which AI is rapidly bringing in the technological advancements for personalization, automation, and better data analytics skills. This work aims to understand how rally AI is helping in redefining marketing strategies and it discusses the various techniques such as consumer interaction, content creation and predictive analytics. The study employs an explanatory research design measuring secondary qualitative and quantitative data collected from peer-reviewed journal articles, several reports, and case studies. Some of these are the ways through which AI has made a positive difference in the marketing profession with regard to challenges including data privacy and the use of algorithms in determining consumer behaviours. This paper also covers a set of guidelines that businesses can follow to effectively implement AI while still being ethical. Further research has to be done about AI in consumers' trust and the way that AI affects digital marketing.
