Abstract

Effective trauma management relies on rapid, precise, and collaborative efforts across various healthcare disciplines. This paper explores the integrated roles of paramedics, radiologists, medical nurses, pharmacists, and medical laboratory professionals in managing trauma cases. Each department contributes uniquely—from initial triage and stabilization in pre-hospital settings to diagnosis, medication administration, and laboratory analysis. The synergy among these roles determines the quality of care, survival rates, and long-term outcomes for trauma patients. Through a unified, interdisciplinary framework, healthcare teams can provide streamlined, lifesaving interventions even in high-pressure environments. The paper highlights workflows, collaborative practices, case coordination, and systems integration necessary for cohesive trauma care.
