A Descriptive Study to Assess the Opinions and Knowledge Regarding the Role of Nurses in Caring for People with Special Needs in Makkah, Saudi Arabia

Abstract

             Nursing profession is one of the noblest in the world and apparently all the decisions taken in this respect are considered as correct as far as care of the patient is concerned. In most cases the nurses are ought to take correct decision in case of critical and normal cases. The professional attitude of the nurses and their decision-making abilities have never been under the perils of doubt for the people at large. This is true for all the cases related to basic and critical ailments. Nurses are generally the second in command in place of doctors, i.e., the decisions taken are considered as true in any case, for all the critical and general cases.
