Abstract

Radiology department staff are indispensable in modern healthcare systems, ensuring accurate diagnostics and guiding treatment plans. However, they are simultaneously exposed to numerous occupational hazards and practical challenges. This paper, consisting of examines the risks, confrontations, and adaptability mechanisms among radiology staff in hospitals. The discussion covers radiation exposure, musculoskeletal disorders, infectious disease risks, psychosocial stress, technological challenges, and institutional policies. Drawing upon international literature, empirical studies, and policy reports, this comprehensive analysis underscores the importance of occupational safety, resilience-building, and continuous education. Strategies and recommendations are provided to enhance safety, reduce stress, and promote sustainable professional practices in radiology departments.
