The Importance of the Role of Health Security in Light of the Presence of Modern Technology in Health Facilities

Abstract

Background: The role of modern technology is becoming crucial with every passing day and the field of medical facilitation is no exception to the same. Tools like IoT, IoMT, AI and nanotechnology are changing the face of health security with every passing day. In a country like Saudi Arabia, the use and role of these tools of modern technology are very important and even crucial. Important on the ground that the security of patient data and medical records are of utmost importance and should be preserved at all costs, then on the other hand the integration of such technologies seamlessly. In case of Saudi Arabia, both are in complex situation. This present study will evaluate the scenario in the light of information gathered from some of the previous studies and current reports on health security and present it in the form general discussion.
