Abstract

The integration of multiple healthcare professionals within a dental care setting is central to achieving optimal patient outcomes. This paper explores the Collaborative Care Model as applied to dentistry, highlighting the synergistic roles of Dentists, Dental Assistants, Hygienists, Dental Technicians, Radiology Experts, and Medical Nurses. Each professional contributes a unique expertise that, when coordinated effectively, enhances diagnostic accuracy, treatment efficiency, infection control, and patient comfort. The study emphasizes interdisciplinary communication, role clarity, and teamwork as key components for success. By examining real-world workflows and clinical case coordination, the article demonstrates how collaboration not only improves patient care quality but also strengthens professional satisfaction, safety standards, and operational efficiency in dental and medical environments.
