Abstract

Research on entrepreneurship has gained special interest among the academic community and government agencies due to the impact this topic has on the development of entrepreneurship that generates employment and enables economic and social development.


Given the importance of this topic, the purpose of this research is to analyze publications registered in Scopus on entrepreneurship through 2023, complemented by a content analysis of publications published in Latin America on the topic from 2024 to 2025. The research implements bibliometric tools such as VOSviewer, which allows for identifying the most relevant authors, research topics, countries, journals, and institutions with the most extensive research on the topic. The main conclusion of the study is that it shows that research on entrepreneurship is growing and that it is incipient in Latin America. This research is linked to the research project "Entrepreneurial Spirit in Business Administration Students" at UNAD.
