Abstract

Emergency medicine requires rapid decision-making, seamless communication, and coordinated action among multiple healthcare departments. The integrated roles of the Medical Doctor, Pharmacy, Radiology, and Medical Nurse are essential to achieving accurate diagnosis, appropriate treatment, and timely intervention. This article discusses how these four departments function collectively in emergency scenarios, highlighting workflow synchronization, interdisciplinary communication, and patient-centered care. Effective collaboration among these teams reduces medical errors, accelerates diagnostics, enhances medication safety, and improves overall patient outcomes in high-pressure clinical environments.
