Abstract

Effective emergency response relies heavily on the coordinated efforts of Paramedics, Medical Security personnel, and Medical Nurses. Each group performs unique but interconnected functions that contribute to patient stabilization, safety management, and continuous clinical care. This paper explores the collaborative mechanisms that bind these three departments, highlighting communication protocols, shared responsibilities, patient handover processes, and the role of technology in facilitating unified responses. It also discusses the challenges they face during high-pressure scenarios such as mass casualties, violence-related emergencies, and disaster events. Understanding how these groups work together provides insight into improving emergency response systems and enhancing patient outcomes.
