Abstract

Effective emergency patient care relies on the seamless collaboration of paramedics, pharmacy professionals, and medical nurses. Paramedics act as first responders, providing immediate assessment and stabilization, while medical nurses deliver critical bedside care and monitor patient status in hospital settings. Pharmacy professionals ensure timely access to essential medications, optimize drug therapy, and prevent adverse drug events. This article explores the dynamics of interdisciplinary collaboration in emergency care, emphasizing communication pathways, workflow coordination, medication management, and patient safety.
