Abstract

Dialysis patient management requires a coordinated, multidisciplinary approach to ensure effective treatment, patient safety, and improved quality of life for individuals with renal failure. Among the key healthcare professionals involved in this process are radiology specialists, medical nurses, and nephrologists. Radiology plays a critical role in diagnostic imaging, vascular access assessment, and complication detection. Medical nurses provide continuous patient care, dialysis monitoring, education, and psychosocial support. Nephrologists lead the clinical management by diagnosing kidney disease, prescribing dialysis regimens, and overseeing long-term renal care. This article explores the integrated roles of radiology, medical nurses, and nephrologists in dialysis patient management, highlighting their collaborative contributions to diagnosis, treatment planning, procedural support, and ongoing patient care in modern healthcare systems.
