Abstract

Ethics form the foundation of professional healthcare practice and guide decision-making in complex clinical environments. Pharmacy professionals, medical nurses, and medical laboratory professionals each play distinct yet interconnected roles in patient care, all of which require strict adherence to ethical principles. These principles include respect for patient autonomy, beneficence, non-maleficence, justice, confidentiality, and professional integrity. This paper elaborates on the ethical responsibilities specific to pharmacists, nurses, and laboratory professionals, highlighting their duties toward patients, colleagues, healthcare institutions, and society. Understanding and applying ethical standards is essential to ensuring patient safety, maintaining public trust, and promoting high-quality healthcare delivery.
