Abstract

Mental health has become a critical component of comprehensive healthcare, requiring coordinated efforts from multiple medical disciplines. Medical Doctor, Paramedics, Psychologist, Pharmacy, and Medical Nurse each play a vital role in identifying, managing, and supporting mental health conditions across clinical and community settings. This article explores the mental health support strategies employed by these five departments, emphasizing interdisciplinary collaboration, early intervention, crisis management, medication support, patient education, and long-term care. By integrating medical, psychological, pharmaceutical, and nursing perspectives, healthcare systems can improve patient outcomes, reduce stigma, and promote holistic well-being. The study highlights how coordinated mental health strategies enhance both patient care and healthcare provider resilience.
