The Effect of Emotional Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence on the Performance of Veterans and Disabled Athletes Via Structural Modeling

Abstract

This study aimed to the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance of veterans and disabled athletes as a structural model and using a questionnaire for collecting data, as well as for statistical analysis of the SPSS software and for designing the structural model of the PLS software, To address the weaknesses in group sports of veterans and disabled people. Also, this field study was conducted to collect data from 45 athletic veterans and disabled at the Volleyball club with wheelchairs in Tehran. The most important results of this research were to examine the relationship between spiritual intelligence and performance and a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence. With 95% confidence for a single increase in emotional intelligence and athlete spiritual intelligence, it leads to approximately 23% of the team's success. It should be noted that in this research, a researcher-made questionnaire and exploratory structural model have been used.
