The Effectiveness of Lifestyle Change on Virtual Education and Emotional Divorce of Working Women in Qom

Abstract

 The purpose of this research was to determine the effectiveness of lifestyle change on virtual education and emotional divorce of working women in Qom. The statistical population of this research was made up of all the female employees working in the state banks of the 1st district of Qom in 1403, whose number was 75. From the mentioned society, 30 women working in government banks were selected using simple random sampling method and randomly replaced in two experimental groups (15 people) and control group (15 people). The type of study was descriptive-correlation and the tools used were Kim et al.'s virtual education standard questionnaire (2005) and Gutman's emotional divorce questionnaire (2008). The lifestyle change training protocol included 8 changes in lifestyle and took place in 8 sessions of 90 minutes. In order to analyze the data, the covariance test was used to check the hypotheses. Data analysis showed that lifestyle change education is effective on virtual education and emotional divorce of working women in Qom city as well as sub-components of dependent variables and has a significant relationship.
