Structural Model of Jihadist Lifestyle Components of Islamic Azad University Educational Managers

Abstract

 This research was conducted with the aim of presenting the model of Jihadi lifestyle of educational managers of Islamic Azad Universities in Region 5. In terms of purpose, the present research was practical and in terms of the method of data collection, it was part of quantitative research. The statistical population included all the presidents and vice-presidents of Islamic Azad Universities in Region 5. The sample size was estimated to be 300 people based on Cochran's formula. A stratified random sampling method was used to select the sample. The data collection tool, in the quantitative part, was a researcher-made questionnaire based on a 5-option scale. The validity of the questionnaire in terms of form and content was confirmed by several experts, convergent validity was confirmed by calculating the average variance extracted, and divergent validity was confirmed by calculating the square root of AVE. The reliability of the questionnaire was obtained through Cronbach's alpha for the whole questionnaire at 0.86. Structural equation modeling (SEM) and SPSS and Lisrel statistical software were used for data analysis. The findings of the research showed that the structural model of the research, which includes devotional and political activities, velayat-centeredness, enmity, human relations, self-sacrificing spirit, social and psychological health, physical and environmental health, and contentment and simplicity of life, has a suitable fit.
