A Hybrid Approach to Human Resources Productivity Evaluation at Construction Companies
Main Article Content
Abstract
The first phase of this study was to identify and rank the factors affecting human resources productivity at construction companies. After these factors (variables) were identified, the CPM and SPACE techniques were employed in the second phase to calculate separate productivity values for the five designated companies. The fuzzy inference system (FIS) was then utilized to combine the previous productivity values (i.e., CPM and SPACE scores) and finally determine a total productivity value for each company. Moreover, all necessary data were collected from questionnaires in a field method. In this descriptive-correlational study, data processing was performed in MATLAB. The results indicated that the five designated companies yielded different outputs.
